SWC BF type (standard telescopic flange type) cross shaft universalCouplingIntroduction:
The cross shaft universal coupling is a commonly used coupling.Utilizing the characteristics of its structure, it can make two shafts that are not on the same axis or that have a large angle of axis or that have a large axial movement continuously rotate at equal angular speed, and reliably transmit torque and motion.

SWC BF type (standard telescopic flange type) cross shaft universal coupling assembly and maintenance
1) When assembling, remove burrs and clean all parts
2) When assembling, make sure that the middle two welded fork bearing holes are on the same plane, the allowable difference should not exceed 1°, the spline pair should slide freely, and the joints should rotate flexibly
3) Clean the surface, except for the flange end face and the end face key with anti-rust grease, brush the anti-rust primer once and then spray paint (no paint is allowed).
4) Regular lubrication, oil injection once a week within three months, after the working conditions are stable, oil injection once a day under high temperature conditions.
5) In order to increase the service life of the universal coupling, adjust the cross shaft by 180 degrees every time it is disassembled so that the cross shaft journals can be used alternately
The common feature of universal joints is that the angular compensation is large, and the angle between the two axes of universal joints of different structure types is different, generally ≤5°-45°.The universal coupling utilizes the characteristics of its mechanism to make the two shafts not on the same axis, and when there is an angle between the axes, it can realize the continuous rotation of the connected two shafts and reliably transmit torque and motion.The universal coupling is characterized by its large angular compensation capability, compact structure and high transmission efficiency.
